Textly is preparing its full terms for public launch. This page is a guide to the subjects that will be addressed; it is not the agreement that will govern a customer account.
The final document needs business and legal review before customers can rely on it. We will publish the applicable terms here when they are ready.
Accounts and access
The terms will explain who may create a workspace, who is responsible for its users and credentials, and how account owners manage access to messaging and API features.
Responsible messaging
The terms will cover recipient permission, contact lists, message content, sender ID requests, and use of Textly's sending tools and API.
Funding and charges
The final terms will describe wallet funding, when message charges apply, adjustments, and how billing records are handled. No pricing or refund promise is established by this preview.
Service and support
The full document will address availability, changes to the service, suspension, support, and the relationship between Textly and upstream messaging providers.
